  • Provide safe and effective martial arts training;

  • Fulfil our duty of care to members;

  • Manage administrative and operational needs;

  • Encourage discipline, respect, perseverance, and spiritual growth in line with our Christian values.

• Certain information is legally required, and failure to provide it may delay or prevent enrolment.

2. Collection, use, and disclosure of health information

• Health information may be requested to ensure members can train safely (e.g., asthma or anaphylaxis plans, injury history, medical conditions).

• Such information may be used to inform instructors, staff, or health providers to provide appropriate care and support during training.

• Photographs or documentation may be used for identification of members with specific health needs.

3. To whom we may disclose information

Personal and sensitive information may be shared for training, administrative, or support purposes, including:

• Government or regulatory bodies, where required by law;

• Service providers, such as online booking, payment, or learning platforms;

• Medical or allied health professionals supporting member wellbeing;

• Coaches, volunteers, and support staff involved in training;

• Other martial arts or educational organisations, if transferring a member;

• Anyone you authorise us to disclose information to;

• Anyone we are legally required or authorised to disclose information to, including under child protection and health laws.

4. Fundraising and community activities

• Kung Fu Force AU may occasionally engage in fundraising or community outreach.

• Your personal information may be used to facilitate participation in these activities and may be shared with groups assisting in these efforts.

• Personal information will not be disclosed for third-party marketing without consent.
