Ready to level up your body and mind? Our Wing Chun Martial Arts Pillar (Age 18 up) is a solid program for teens and adults (18+) who love regular training and want real discipline. Every Tuesday, Friday evening from 19:30 to 20:20 PM, you’ll sharpen your skills, boost confidence, and learn practical self-defense with a crew of committed students. What You’ll Learn Forms: Master classics like Siu Nim Tao, Chum Kiu, and Wooden Dummy (Muk Yan Jong)—the heart of Wing Chun. Hand Skills: Get quick, sharp, and effective with close-range moves. Kicks: Build balance and power with solid kicking practice. Footwork: Move fast and smart with slick steps. Self-Defense: Pick up street-smart tricks for real-life situations. We mix stretching, conditioning, forms, hands-on drills, kicks, footwork, and self-defense. Stick around, and you’ll get to shine in public demos or even compete locally or internationally. It’s more than just moves—it’s about getting tougher, calmer, and stronger inside and out. Your Coach: Sifu Miles Led by Head Coach Sifu Miles Tsoi, a 4th-generation disciple of Grandmaster Ip Man, trained under Sifu Kiel Leung and Sifu Patrick Leung. With 15+ years teaching in Hong Kong and Australia, Sifu Miles teach Wing Chun power, Chi Sau (sticking hands), and Wooden Dummy skills. He’s here to keep this art real. Wing Chun Vibes Wing Chun’s about blending soft and hard vibes. You’ll learn how your body moves, using smarts to beat strength. It’s power plus strategy—get the theory, drill it ‘til it’s reflex, and own it. We break down the why behind every move so you’re a master, not just a fighter. Who’s It For? Guys, Girls, or Less Buff Folks: Wing Chun’s “soft beats hard” style works if you’re not the strongest—tougher if you can’t relax. Newbies: No experience? Perfect—Wing Chun’s fresh and easy to jump into. Chill & Focused Types: You need a steady mind—restless folks might struggle. Teens & Adults (18+): This is for disciplined regulars who dig deep into skills and philosophy—ideal for 18-26 but open to all ages up.

Cancellation Policy

Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your lesson free of charge with at least 3 days (72 hours) notice before your booked session. Booking Requirements: All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the desired lesson date to ensure proper scheduling. Late Rescheduling or Cancellations: Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days (72 hours) in advance may incur a fee or be forfeited. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy: Lessons canceled without rescheduling will follow the terms of your enrollment package. Refunds or credits may not apply to late cancellations.
