🎯 Color Belt Grading There are 4 Color Belts with 10 grades for students to achieve Yellow - Junior (Grades 1-3), Blue - Intermediate (Grades 4-6), Red - Senior (Grades 7-9), and Black - Assistant Instructor (Grade 10). Students advance through grades via Promotion Tests held by the Association, with eligibility to apply as an Instructor upon completion of the 10th grade accredited by their Masters. 💲 Exam Fee: Free of Charge for the 1st exam and $27 per exam for future exam 👕 Membership Requirement: The exam is exclusive to members of Kung Fu Force AU. Not yet a member? Join today for just $49/year 🧾 What to Bring: Current belt Uniform A pen 📌 Important Notes: Payment must be completed online prior to the exam. Details (date, time, and venue) will be announced with each exam. 🎖️ Outcome: Students who pass will receive a new belt according to their level. Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payments ※Advance Booking: To ensure proper scheduling, all lessons must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. ※Payment: Class fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the session. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellation We aim to provide flexible options while maintaining schedule quality. Please adhere to the following timelines: ※Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your lesson free of charge with at least 3 days (72 hours) notice. ※Late Cancellations: Requests made less than 72 hours in advance may incur a fee or result in the forfeiture of the session. ※No-Shows: Same-day cancellations or failure to attend without notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. ※How to Reschedule: Please email info@kungfuforce-au.com or WhatsApp/SMS 0450 029 150. 3. Code of Conduct & Facilities ※Behavior: Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and peers at all times. Misconduct may result in the suspension or termination of training privileges without refund. ※Facility Use: Please use all facilities and equipment responsibly. Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the responsible member. ※Personal Property: Kung Fu Force is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to class. 4. Health, Safety & Liability ※Health Conditions: Students must inform the instructor of any current injuries or health conditions before participating. ※Safety Compliance: Students must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors. ※Liability: Students participate in classes at their own risk. Kung Fu Force is not liable for injuries sustained during classes unless due to proven negligence on our part. 5. Media & Publication Rights ※Usage: By enrolling, students consent to the use of images and videos taken during classes/events for promotional and educational purposes (including social media and websites). ※Opt-Out: Students who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform the instructor in writing prior to participating.
