Service Description
Our program offers a structured curriculum covering essential aspects of Wing Chun (詠春) to improve physical fitness, mental agility, and self-defense skills. Course Content: Forms (套路): Learn traditional Wing Chun forms like Siu Lim Tao, Chum Kiu, and Muk Yan Jong (Wooden Dummy), which form the foundation of techniques and principles. Handwork (手法): Develop precision, speed, and effectiveness in close-range combat. Kicking (腿法): Enhance balance, strength, and accuracy with practical kicking techniques. Steps (步法): Improve agility, flexibility, and positioning through structured footwork training. Self-Defense (自衛術): Train in real-life self-defense strategies. Our training integrates stretching, fitness, and practical techniques. Through consistent practice, demonstrations, and competitions, students build confidence, patience, self-defense skills, and physical and mental resilience. Led by Sifu Miles (蔡總教練): Sifu Miles Tsoi, a 4th-generation disciple of Grandmaster Ip Man (葉問), brings over 15 years of teaching experience. Trained by Masters Kiel Leung (梁紀茗師父) and Edmond Leung (梁定國師父), Sifu Miles specializes in Wing Chun structure, Chi Sau (黐手), and Wooden Dummy (木人椿法) techniques. Wing Chun Philosophy (詠春概念): Wing Chun balances softness and strength, focusing on body mechanics and strategic use of force. Beginners learn theoretical concepts alongside physical practice to master the art. Who Benefits Most: Men/Women / Those with Less Physical Strength (男/女性/力弱者): Master "soft overcoming hard" (以柔制剛) techniques. Individuals with No Martial Arts Experience (未有任何武術經驗者): Wing Chun’s unique approach is ideal for newcomers. Those with a Calm Mindset (心境平和者): A focused, calm mind enhances progress. Youth and Adults (青年及成人): Wing Chun requires both mental understanding and physical skill, making it ideal for all ages. Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your lesson free of charge with at least 3 days (72 hours) notice before your booked session. Booking Requirements: All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the desired lesson date to ensure proper scheduling. Late Rescheduling or Cancellations: Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days (72 hours) in advance may incur a fee or be forfeited. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
